Yakubu Adesokan, born July 16, 1979, is a Nigerian powerlifter. He is known for representing Nigeria at the 2012 Summer Paralympics where he won a gold medal.

He was born and raised in Nigeria and also represented Nigeria at the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
