Nancy Isime, born in Edo State, Nigeria to Nigerian parents of Esan descent, completed her senior secondary education in Benin City and pursued a diploma at the University of Lagos.
Sadly, losing her mother at age five, she was raised by her father. Growing up in Lagos, she had her primary and junior secondary education, and later moved to Benin City for her senior secondary education.
Following a six-month basic course at the University of Port Harcourt, she ultimately obtained a diploma in Social Work from the University of Lagos.
Nancy Isime embarked on her acting career in 2011 with a role in the TV series “Echoes.” Beyond acting, she has established herself as a versatile television presenter, notably hosting shows like “The Squeeze,” “What’s Hot” (a technology show), and providing backstage coverage for MTN Project Fame season 7. In 2016, she took over as the presenter of the popular show “Trending” on HipTV, succeeding Toke Makinwa.
Her hosting prowess extended to co-hosting the 2019 edition of The Headies award alongside Reminisce and presenting The Voice Nigeria in 2021.
