Early Life and Education
Fathia Balogun Williams was born in Ikeja, Lagos State but is from Okpara, Delta State. Her birthdate is February 5, 1969. Mr. and Mrs.
Williams are Fathia’s parents, who come from a polygamous family.
Fathia Balogun Williams went to Maryland Primary School and Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School in Lagos State.
She then attended Kwara State Polytechnic and graduated with a Diploma Certificate in Law.
Career
Fathia Balogun used to work as a general receptionist at Chips Bit & Bit, a computer company on Toyin Street in Ikeja, Lagos, earning N5,000 per month.

Faithia at first dreamt of being a Lawyer but since she could not cope with the rigorous load for law students, she backed out.
The actress stated that she was unable to fulfill her dreams due to her inability to pass the JAMB exams, and as a result of an extended stay at home, her father was forced to give her the freedom to do whatever she wanted.
She was fortunate to be featured by Alhaji Fatai Teniola after she was unable to meet her dreams. She has since become not only a well-known actress, but also a film producer and director.
Faithia became an actress by chance. Faithia’s uncle, Alhaji Fatai Teniola, asked her to stand in for an actress that failed to show up in one of the productions of their movie. Faithia performed very well and since then, she has been flying higher than expected.
Williams played her first role in the film title “Ta lo pa chief”.

Faithia Williams and Saidi Balogun ended their marriage in 2006 but officially divorced in 2014. Faithia, however, kept her husband’s surname till 2017 before changing it to her maiden name, Williams
