Isaiah Russel-Bailey was born into a middle-class family in Forth Worth, Texas in the United States of America where he grew up with his siblings and parents.
He completed his middle school after his family relocated to California and currently studying in high school.
While growing up, the youngster had the dream of becoming a popular actor which motivated him to start acting in local drama shows with the support of his mother Brittanny Perry Russel who is an actress.
