Professor Kayode Oyebode Adebowale FRSC, born January 11, 1962, is a Nigerian scientist and the 13th Vice-chancellor of the University of Ibadan. In October 2021, Adebowale became the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ibadan, having formerly served as the deputy vice-chancellor (administration) of the same university.
The Nigerian professor was appointed as the new Vice-chancellor of the prestigious university.
He also previously served as the dean of the faculty of science at the same institution.
