Early Life and Education
Paul Eneche was born into a royal family in Orokam, Ogbadibo LGA, in Benue State. On June 12, 1968, he was born into the Idoma tribe.
Paul Eneche experienced a variety of difficulties as a young child, but one could argue that these difficulties helped to prepare him for the future we are honoring today.
He is also the younger brother of Nigeria’s defense spokesperson, General John Enenche. Thanks to him, his mother played a significant part in influencing her son’s choice to become a pastor.
After meeting Jesus in 1958, his mother Titi Enewa Enenche decided to live her entire life for God. She raised Pastor Paul and his siblings accordingly, making sure they attended morning devotions.
Pastor Paul was reared as a Methodist, but his life changed significantly when he was accepted into a university to study medicine and surgery.
When he joined the Deeper Life Campus Fellowship, he started to take his work as a Christian seriously. A succession of internal convictions and concerns about his eternal future gripped his heart, and he was driven to repentance.
Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche, a physician and a devout follower of God, thought it was tragic to see people dying and suffering as a result of their sin. He couldn’t help but consider how he might have shared Christ with the patients and saved their lives.
As a result, he participated in numerous evangelistic campaigns while still a medical student, speaking to the sick and saving them. Pastor Paul recalls witnessing numerous healings and different testimonies.
Following a personal retreat on the Plateau hills in Jos, Dr. Paul Enenche entered full-time ministry. Two years after he and Becky’s nuptials, on November 10, 1996, he founded Dunamis International Gospel.
He said that the Abuja Centre for Arts and Culture hosted the first worship service ever held by the Church. The congregation relocated to the Abuja Sheraton Hotel after two weeks.
The church moved to its permanent location six months later, in June 1997, and has since experienced rapid growth.
God’s servants like W.F. Kumuyi, Pastor David Oyedepo, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, and Pastor Kenneth Copeland have an impact on his ministry. The church holds six services on Sunday with a packed house and two midweek services on Wednesday.
