Early Life and Education
Lawal Michael Nasiru Bolaji was born on March 13, 1992, in Osun State, Nigeria. He grew up in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Although he tends to speak in Igbo dialect, Nasboi is a Yoruba man from Odo Otin LGA, Osun.
Nasboi had his primary and secondary school in Rivers state at Bright International Nursery and Shalom International Nursery and Primary School and Istan Comprehensive High School and, later, Ogba Comprehensive High School respectively. He later moved to Akwa Ibom to study Mechanical Engineering in University of Uyo.
Career
Nasboi’s journey in the entertainment industry began with a passion for music, but despite numerous attempts, he couldn’t break into the industry. However, his pivot to creating short comedy skits on Instagram changed the game.
His breakthrough came when he posted a video mimicking Davido’s distinctive voice. The video quickly went viral, with social media influencers like Tunde Ednut sharing it widely, catapulting Nasboi into the limelight.
Since then, Nasboi has consistently delivered hilarious video content, attracting an ever-expanding audience.
