Kingsley Kuku, born August 14, 1970, is a Nigerian political and environmental rights activist.
Hon. Kingsley Kuku was the Special Adviser on Niger Delta Affairs to Former Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan and also the chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
He was born in Arogbo, Ondo state where he grew up with his family and had his primary and secondary education.
Early Life and Education
Kingsley grew up in Arogbo, the headquarters of the Ijaw ethnic nationality in Ondo State, Nigeria.
He attended Patrick Catholic Primary School, and Ijaw national High School, both in Arogbo, Ondo State
Kuku graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English Language from Ondo State University, Akure.
He had his M.Sc. in International Relations and Strategic Studies at Igbinedion University, Okada Edo State
He also had a course at University of Cambridge where he obtained a certificate in Dispute Resolution in 2008
While in the University, he started activism and was elected as the student leader and one time (NANS) mobilization officer.
Kuku has contributed massively to the restoration of lasting peace in the oil rich Niger Delta region in Nigeria.

Career
Kingsley Kuku contested and was elected into the Ondo State House of Assembly and became the chairman of the house committee for four years.
In 2015, he bagged appointment as the special Adviser to former President Goodluck jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs.
