Gabriel Afolayan, born on March 1, 1985, also known by his musical stage name G-Fresh, is a Nigerian actor and singer. He is the son of Adeyemi Afolayan, a famous actor in Nigeria, and he has four siblings; Kunle, Aremu, Moji, and Toyin Afolayan. One of his brothers, Kunle, is a renown movie producer and director in Nollywood.

Early Life and Education
Gabriel Afolayan was born on March 1, 1985, in Lagos, Nigeria. His father, Adeyemi Afolayan (aka AdeLove), was a renowned actor in the Nigerian film industry.
Gabriel, though from Agbamu, Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, he grew up in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, where he also had his primary, secondary as well as tertiary education.
Gabriel attended the prestigious University of Ibadan (U.I. ), Oyo State, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts. After his tertiary education in Nigeria, he furthered his studies abroad, where he bagged a certificate from the Identity Drama School in Brixton, London.
Career
He made his acting career debut in 1990, when he featured in the movie “F Opawon,” a movie written by Baba Sala.
Gabriel started gaining popularity when he featured in the movie, Madam Dearest, written by Tade Ogidan, and the popular TV series ‘Super Story,” written by Wale Adenuga. Since he came to the limelight, he has acted in different Nollywood movies, which have earned him a lot of accolades.
