Early Life and Education
Fola Adeola was born on 10 January 1954 into a large Egba-Yoruba family as the fifth of his parents’ seventeen children. He grew up in Lagos within a disciplined, modest environment influenced by traditional Yoruba values and Christian schooling.
He completed primary education at St Paul’s Breadfruit School in Lagos and secondary education at Methodist Boys High School, Lagos.
