Career
Fave, a Nigerian vocalist and songwriter, discovered her love of singing at the age of six. During events and after-school hours, she began composing songs and performing her favorite hits for her classmates, friends, and family.
Fave was motivated to take up a music career at the age of 19 after blossoming in her first song, M.O.M.M.S. Fave’s music is influenced by musical idols such as Adele, Billie Eilish, Shaggy, Aisha Badru, Sia, and Lorde, and is a mix of R&B, Pop, Soul, and Dancehall.
In July 2019, she released her debut single “M.O.M.M.S.,” which stands for “Me or Mask My Sins,’ and she has since gained popularity.
She has seen success since the release of M.O.M.M.S., with her song being referenced or appearing in three NDANI TV shows.

Fave revealed that she combed the internet for free beats until she came across one made by Lagos-based Nigerian artist and producer “Jinmi Abduls,” with which she made a freestyle that gained traction online.
This freestyle was a watershed moment for Fave, who went on to release her sophomore single “N.B.U.” (Nobody But U).
To continue her excellent start to her career, Fave released her second single NBU on April 17th, 2020. The single received positive feedback and was added to at least three official playlists on Apple Music.
Fave returned stronger in 2021 with the hit singles “Beautifully” and “Baby Riddim.”
