Born Bruno Kiggundu on 21 July 1992 in Namulonge, Wakiso District, Uganda, he grew up in a modest home as the second of three children, and the only boy. His parents are Donovan Kiggundu and Cissy Kasozi. He spent part of his childhood in Mukono District.
Bruno went to Kitante Primary School, then Seroma Christian High School and Naggalama SS, before landing at Ndejje University to study Journalism and Mass Communication. It was around that time that his Love for music really started to take shape.
