Early Life and Education
Addison Rae was born on October 6, 2000, as Addison Rae Easterling, in Lafayette, Louisiana, United States, to parents Monty Lopez and Sheri Easterling. She grew up with her two siblings, younger brothers, Enzo Lopez and Lucas Lopez.
Addison’s father and mother divorced when she was very young because their marriage was unstable. The relationship continued to be on and off, during which they tested the waters before remarrying in 2017.
Rae advanced her education to the tertiary level, where she enrolled and studied sports broadcasting at Louisiana State University.
While still studying at the university, she was so passionate about her career on social media that she dropped out of school to focus on her social media career.
Career
Addison Rae has been involved in dancing passionately since the age of 6. While studying at the university, she started dancing and posting the dance videos on social media platforms. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue her TikTok career.
She joined TikTok in July 2019 and began to upload dance videos on the platform.
She started to gain fame and signed with the talent agency WME alongside her parents, who also have a good presence on the TikTok platform.
