Regina Daniels was born in Lagos State, the south-western region of Nigeria, although she originally hails from Delta State, south-central Nigeria.
Rita Daniels, an actress and producer, is her mother. Regina Daniels’ mother is a politician and the Delta State Chapter President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
Regina Daniels has three brothers and two sisters whom she grew up together with in Asaba, Delta State, in Nigeria’s South-South area.

Regina Daniels began creating movies when she was seven years old; her mother, Rita Daniels, is an actress.
