Nse Ikpe-Etim, born October 21, 1974, is a legendary Nigerian actress and filmmaker. She came into prominence in 2008 following her role in the film Reloaded. Early Life and Education
Nse Ikpe-Etim is a native of Akwa Ibom State, the South South region of Nigeria, born and raised in Lagos State where she grew up with her parents and siblings.
The iconic actress attended Awa Nursery School and Command Primary School, Kaduna for her primary education then obtained First School Leaving Certificate and proceeded to St. Louis College, Jos and also the Federal Governement Colleges in Jos and Ilorin.
She travelled to various areas due to her father’s career who was working with the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Nse Ikpe-Etim attended the prestigious University of Calabar, where she graduated with a degree in Theater Arts. After her first degree, she began acting.
Career
Nse Ikpe-Etim started showing her acting prowess while she was studying at the university. She made her television debut in the family soap Inheritance.
After she graduated from the university, she temporarily left the movie industry and ventured into other endeavors then later came back to the movie industry.
Etim made her comeback to Nollywood in the Emem Isong‘s film, Reloaded alongside Rita Dominic, Ramsey Nouah, Ini Edo and Desmond Elliot.
