Born and raised in Buea, Cameroon, Nsang Dilong hails from Kotto Barombi in Kumba. Born around 1994, she attended PCSS Buea and PHS Kumba for her secondary education.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Buea in 2011.

Nsang Dilong’s career began with her win at the 2011 Miss West Africa Cameroon Competition (MWACC). She later participated in the 2013 Miss Cameroon Beauty Pageant.
