Early Life and Education
Career
Nkosi’s career began in 1994 with a role in the drama series U Bambo Lwami, followed by a role in the Afrikaans rugby drama Pale Toe. He gained prominence as a presenter, hosting Your Late Mate on Soweto TV and Jam Alley for five years, winning two Avanti Awards for Best Presenter.
In 2007, he began hosting the Lotto game show Raise Your Game. In January 2013, Nkosi started hosting the gospel-themed show John 14 on Mzansi Magic Music.
Since 2015, he has hosted the Mzansi Magic docu-reality series, Utatakho. Nkosi is also a master of ceremonies for high-end events across South Africa.
His skills extend to script writing, audience motivation, and performance, making him known as ‘The Ultimate Games Master’. He is mentoring young people through his foundation, the Nimrod Nkosi Foundation.
