Kayode Ajulo was born to Solomon and Christiana Monisola Ajulo in Ondo State, Nigeria. He attended Aquinas College in Akure before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jos in 1999.
He graduated from the Nigerian Law School in 2000 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. In 2006, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Jos.
