Harrison Tare Okiri (born march 30, 1981) popularly known by his stage name Harrysong, is a multi-talented Nigerian artist who gained prominence after his tribute song for Nelson Mandela earned him the “Most Downloaded Callertune Award” at The Headies 2013. Born in Warri, Delta State, to Ijaw parents, Harrysong spent some of his early years in Port Harcourt before relocating to Lagos in 2007. Prior to signing with QuestionMark Entertainment, he honed his skills by performing at local nightclubs until he met Kcee, who introduced him to key figures in the music industry.

Harrysong, an only child of Ijaw descent, was born in Warri, Delta State. Following the passing of his mother, tensions with his stepmother resulted in his departure from school.
