Balogun grew up in a polygamous family, and her mother was the second wife of her father. She attended her primary education at St. Paul’s Anglican School, in Idofian, Kwara State, and her secondary education at the famous Queen Elizabeth Secondary School, in Ilorin, Kwara State.
After completing her secondary education, Balogun proceeded to Kwara State Polytechnic, where she obtained a National Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
