She was born and raised in Anambra State, in the eastern part of Nigeria, and is the eldest child in a family of six. While growing up with her family, she relocated to Warri, Delta State.
Ebube Nwagbo completed her primary and secondary school in Warri, Delta State before she proceeded to Federal Polytechnic Oko for her National Diploma (ND) to study Mass Communication.
After her National Diploma (ND), she furthered her education at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where she graduated with a degree in Mass Communication.
