Early Life and Education
Stella Okoli was born in Kano State, Northern Nigeria, into an Igbo family originally from Nnewi in Anambra State. She began her formal education at All Saints Primary School, Onitsha, and later completed her secondary schooling at Ogidi Girls Secondary School, Ogidi, Anambra State.
