Early Life and Education
Bolanle Ninalowo was born on May 7, 1980 in Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria’s South-Western region. He is of Yoruba descent and was born into the family of Alhaji Jamu Ninalowo and Alhaja Rualate Ninalowo, based in Ikorodu.
He is the second of eight children, and he spent the majority of his childhood in Lagos State. He completed his primary and secondary school education in Nigeria before moving to the United States of America to further his studies at DeVry University in Chicago, Illinois.
He bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at DeVry University in the United States of America, and without wasting time, he continued his studies by also getting his Master’s Degree in Marketing at Keller Graduate School of Management in the USA.
After staying in the US for 15 years, he returned to Nigeria.
Career
Bolanle Ninalowo began his career in the banking industry where he made good use of his accounting degree from DeVry University to work as an accountant for General Growth Properties in Chicago.
He later returned to Nigeria and took a job with Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB).
As time passed, he began to develop an interest in the film industry, and that is when he finally made a decision and had his first film debut titled “Rebirth.” The film raises awareness about HIV and the stigma that those who have the disease face.
The film premiered in many major cities across America and beyond, and he won the Nollywood Revelation of the Year award, which launched his career in Nollywood.
He took a break from acting for three years and ventured into other businesses.
In 2014, Bolanle started his acting career fully and he received a flood of invitations from movie producers and acted in both English and Yoruba films, including Ordinary People, Desperate Baby Mama, What’s Within, Barrister Seliat, Picture Perfect, and many other big – budget Nollywood films.
Bolanle claimed to be inspired by Nollywood heavyweight Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), who has been in the industry for decades.
He started a record label called “Diesel Music,” but it failed, so he dropped it and began his acting career.
He also launched a perfume brand in collaboration with Nino Global Technology, a Nigerian-owned UK-based tech company that produced educational tablets for children, school apps, software, and other children’s gadgets.
Ninalowo is also a brand ambassador for major corporations such as Jagaban Distillers, Baileys, DNJ Properties, and many others.

Personal Life
Bolanle Ninalowo has a happy marriage with Bunmi Ninalowo. Though the union had its ups and downs, they both separated and later reconnected.
Their union has produced two children, a boy and a girl named Morakinyo and Aliyah, respectively.
Bolanle Ninalowo was born into a Muslim family; his father and mother are Alhaji and Alhaja, respectively, but Bolanle converted to Christianity after claiming to be healed and at peace with his new religion.
