Bobby Lee was born to Korean and American parents, Jeanie Lee and Robert Lee, who owned clothing companies in California before the mother relocated to Phoenix, Arizona.
He was born in San Diego County, California, and he grew up alongside his younger brother Steve Lee in Poway, California.
The talented comedian and actor attended Poway High School in Poway, California. He also attended Twin Peaks Middle School and Painted Rock Elementary School.
