Early Life and Education
Arthur was born in Uganda to parents Mpazimpaka Kennedy and Harriet Kibuuka. He attended La Colombiere Primary School and completed his secondary education at Lycee de Kigali.
Initially studying Agriculture at the University of Rwanda, he later switched his focus to media and creative arts. He holds a master’s degree in global digital marketing from the University of Essex in England.
Career
Arthur’s career began in comedy when he co-founded a group called Comedy Knights in 2009. He has shared the stage with prominent African comedians such as BasketMouth and Eddie Kadi.
He is well-known for hosting “Seka Live,” a popular monthly comedy show in Rwanda, as well as an annual event called “Seka Fest.”
