Early Life and Education
Born into the esteemed Njemanze royal family in Owerri, Imo State, Anne is the eldest daughter among six siblings.
While her exact birthdate is not publicly known, she initially pursued a law degree in higher education before deciding to switch to a diploma in Theatre Arts at the University of Port Harcourt.
She subsequently earned a degree in Visual Arts from the University of Lagos, where she also refined her talents as a painter.
Career
Anne’s acting career started in 1994 when she appeared as Temi Badmus, a spoilt girlfriend, in the TV series Checkmate.
In 1995, she played Amara, the girlfriend of the character Ahanna, in the movie Rattlesnake. Her most recognized role came as the lead in the 1996 film Domitilla and its sequel Domitilla II. She also appeared in the film True Confession alongside Liz Benson.
In 2012, she took on the role of Inspector Sankey in the hit M-Net television series Tinsel.
She was casted as the lead character in the short film Ìrètí (2016) as Ireti, Colourless (2016) as Mrs. Grace Okai, The Lost Café (2018) as Ose’s mother, and other notable Nollywood films before taking a break from acting.

Anne was previously married to fellow Nollywood actor Segun Arinze, however, their marriage was short-lived. Together, they have a daughter named Renny Morenike, born on May 10.
In November 2013, Anne entered into another marriage with Silver Ojieson, but this union also lasted less than eight months, ending in July 2014 due to issues involving domestic violence and abuse.
Shortly after her first divorce, she was involved in a severe car accident in Calabar, Cross River State, which left her badly injured. Despite her injuries, Anne spent two years on crutches but continued her acting career.
