Born on March 4, 1983, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, Bikiya is the tenth child of former Nigerian minister Alabo Tonye Graham-Douglas and diplomat Bolere Elizabeth Ketebu.
She earned a degree in Business Economics with Business Law from the University of Portsmouth in the UK. She also trained at prestigious drama schools including the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, the Oxford School of Drama, and Bridge Theatre Training Company. In addition, she studied music production at Point Blank Music School.

Bikiya began her professional acting career in London with the play Torn at the Arcola Theatre and worked with Africa Unite Music Group before returning to Nigeria.
