Early Life and Education
Born on September 10, 1970, in Lagos, Kenny attended the Federal School of Arts and Science in Ogoja for his secondary education.
He then moved to the United States, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern University, New Orleans, followed by a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Southern University, Baton Rouge.
Career
Kenny began his career at Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation, before gaining fame as co-host of the music show AIT Jamz with Dayo Adeneye, which later became PrimeTime Jamz on NTA.
In 1998, Kenny and Dayo founded Kennis Music, a label that launched and shaped careers of major Nigerian artists including The Remedies (Eedris Abdulkareem and Tony Tetuila), Sound Sultan, 2baba former known as 2face Idibia, and Oritse Femi.
He produced 2Baba’s first two solo albums, Face 2 Face and Grass 2 Grace. Kenny was appointed Managing Director of Raypower FM in 2012 and serves as a Non-Executive Director at DAAR Communications Plc.
After decades in broadcasting, Kenny pursued his dream of owning a radio station, which took nearly 19 years to realize due to regulatory and licensing challenges.

In 2015, he successfully obtained broadcasting license which led to the establishment of Kennis 104.1 FM, located in the Ajao Estate neighborhood of Lagos, which officially went on air in December 2016.
