Early Life and Education
Juliana was born in Fort Portal, Western Uganda, into the royal family of the Tooro Kingdom, making her a cousin to King Rukidi IV.
Music runs in her family—her father was a drummer and her grandmother a singer—which inspired her artistic pursuits.
She attended City Primary School (now Arya Primary School), followed by Bugema Secondary School for her O-Levels, and completed high school at Namasagali College in Kamuli District.
