Early Life and Education
Yomi Gold was born on April 16th, 1980 as Yomi Alore. Yomi is a native of Ilorin, Kwara state, where he grew up and had his primary education.
He completed his high school in Ibadan and studied at the University of Ilorin where he bagged a Diploma in Public Administration.
Career
Yomi began as a rehearsal boy in 2004, joined the movie industry in 2005, and began professionally in 2010.
He joined the Odunfa caucus in 2004 through his mentor and direct boss in the industry, Alhaji Yinka Quadri.
Yomi is one of the most promising young actors to emerge from the Yoruba Film Industry in recent years. He has appeared in a number of films, including Street Girl, Wendy, Oro Obirin, Oko ni no fe, and Teekay.
Yoimi has worked on four films. His first film was Irawo Meta, which was followed by Tcash, The Richest Voice, Dapo Onile Owo, and Go Down Low.

In 2013, the Yoruba actor, who was accused of snatching someone’s girlfriend, stated that he had no knowledge of the incident and that people nowadays say a lot of things.
Alore’s wife gave birth to his second child, his first son, on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2016, at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The overjoyed father immediately took to Instagram to post a picture of himself and his new born baby with the caption: “Gift of Love.” Thank You, Allah… Aliyah’s brother has arrived.”
