He is a 67-year-old man named Tom Leppard, and 99% of his body is covered in strange tattoos that resemble a cheetah’s skin pattern. He is a resident of the Island of Skye and moves on all fours to mimic his favorite animal.
2. Etienne Dumont
Etienne Dumont, a literary critic from Geneva, is the next person on our list and wants to cover himself in tattoos from head to toe. The frightening image of a man-bull terrifies.
