Born in Lagos State, Nigeria on May 16, 1991, Makinde is originally from Ilesha, Osun State. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Akinjimi Olufisayo Makinde. Early in his life, he resided in Agemowo Town, Badagry, Lagos State. For his primary education, he attended Odofa Children’s Home in Ogun State, while he pursued his secondary education at Supreme Pillars College in Badagry, Lagos State. In 2012, Makinde completed his Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts at the University of Lagos, followed by the achievement of his Master’s Degree in Theatre Arts from the same university in 2016.
