Ovaioza was born in Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State but originally hails from Igara-Edo, Akoko Local Government Area in Edo State.
Ovaioza attended the College of Arabic and Islamic Studies, Okene, in Kogi State before she proceeded to the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Nassarwa State.
