Lolo1 attended Ijebu-Ode Anglican Girls secondary school for her secondary education, where she boarded during part of her school days. She then proceeded to Lagos State University, graduating with a degree in Law. Afterwards, she attended Nigerian Law School.
Career
Lolo1 began her legal practice career in 2001 after being called to bar, working in the law department until 2004 when she decided to switch to media broadcasting.
She kick-started her radio personality career at Metro FM. Later, she later joined Wazobia FM but departed from the station in 2019.
The moniker ‘Lolo1’ came as a result of suggestions made by listeners when she went live on air and requested for a nickname.
Lolo1 is also renowned for her exceptional portrayal of characters in Yoruba and English movies. She played the role of Adaku in the popular TV series, Jenifa’s Diary.
In July 2017, Lolo1 graced the cover for La Mode Magazine.
She was cast in 2018 film We Don’t Live Here Anymore by Tope Oshin where she played she played the role of Ms. Wilson.
2020 marked Lolo1’s debut as a movie producer with ‘When Love is not Enough’ directed by Okiki Afolayan. The movie starred Nollywood heavyweights such as Funso Adeolu, Adejumoke Aderounmu, Odunola Agoro, Ladi Folarin, Deyemi Okanlawon.
She is notably the first ambassador of Awabah, a leading Micro Pensions Company.
