Lola Alao was born in Igbira, Kogi State, into a military family. She began her education at Army Children School in Ilorin and continued at Sobi Government School for secondary education.
She studied Catering and Hotel Management at the YWCA and later graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos.
