Kabiru Gombe was born on June 1, 1969, in Kuri, located in the Yamaltu/Deba Local Government Area of Gombe State, Nigeria.
He began his education in Gombe, attending primary school before pursuing Islamic studies at an Izala Islamiyya school in his hometown.
