Early Life and Education
Born on December 4, 1983, in Arua, Uganda, Joel comes from the Lugbara ethnic group. His parents are Lt. Colonel Gabriel Francis Atiku and Yema Drakuru Atiku.
He studied at Uganda Christian University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration. Additionally, he attended Makerere University, one of Uganda’s premier institutions.
