Jessica Claire Timberlake (born March 3, 1982) is an American actress and model. Jessica Biel, with her good looks and talent, has become one of Hollywood’s most sought-out actresses. She was born in Ely, Minnesota, to Kimberly (Conroe) and Jonathan Edward Biel.
She started out as a vocalist from childhood, performing in musical theater, and she started her modeling career at a very young age. She started attending acting classes at Young Actor’s Space after receiving a scholarship at a convention.
She came into the limelight when she acted the character of Mary Camden in WB series ‘7th Heaven’ . She got instant fame when she acted the role of a teenager, Casey Jackson in the film ‘Ulee’s Gold’. In 1997, She even won the Best Supporting Young Actress Award for this film.

Early Life and Education
On March 3, 1982, in Ely, Minnesota, Jessica Biel was born to her father, Jonathan Biel who was an entrepreneur and business consultant while her mother Kimberley, a spiritual healer and homemaker.
Biel’s family moved frequently during her childhood, to six different states in in Texas, Connecticut, and Woodstock, Illinois, before finally settling in Boulder, Colorado. While growing up, she played soccer and trained as a level six gymnast. From 2000 to 2002, she attended Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts for just three semesters.
At age nine, Jessica starred in such productions as “Annie,” “The Sound of Music,” and “Beauty and the Beast.” Considering how naturally beautiful she was, Jessica at age 11 soon turned to modeling and commercial work by competing in The International Modeling and Talent Association’s Annual Conference in 1994 where she acquired an agent and professional talent manager. She began modeling for print advertisements and appeared in commercials for products such as Dulux Paint and Pringles.
At age 14, after auditioning for several television pilots, Biel was cast as Mary Camden, the oldest daughter and second-oldest child in the family drama “7th Heaven.”
Career
Jessica earned her first feature film role in the critically acclaimed drama Ulee’s Gold as Peter Fonda’s granddaughter that was released in 1997. Her performance earned her a Young Artist Award. While taking a break from filming 7th Heaven during the spring of 1998, she co-starred in I’ll Be Home for Christmas.
Biel was cast in her first top-billing role in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The film got to the top spot in its opening week and going on to earn more than $80 million in the U.S.
In 2010, she acted the role of a publicist and her relationship with a reporter in the film ‘Valentine’s Day’. Also that same year, she played the role of an army captain in the film ‘The A-Team’.
In 2011, she acted in ‘New Year’s Eve’, a romantic comedy film.
Jessica Biel also ventured into movie production. On August 2, 2017, Biel’s eight-episode limited series, The Sinner, debuted on USA Network. In the series, Biel operated as the executive producer and played the series’ lead character Cora Tannetti. She stated that she moved into production so that she could develop projects with challenging and interesting roles rather than waiting for them to happen.

In January 2007, Biel began dating American singer, songwriter, record producer and Actor. Justin Timberlake, American singer. Four years after, they became engaged in December 2011 which further resulted in a marriage on October 19, 2012, at the Borgo Egnazia resort in Fasano, Italy.
Biel and Timberlake’s marriage is blessed with two sons. The first son, Silas was born in April 2015 and Phineas, the second son was born in July 2020.
