Early Life and Education
Born in 1993 in Nakulabye, Kampala, Gereson is the son of Michael Gesa and Jane Kajoina.
He started his education at Nankulabye Junior School and later attended Old Kampala Secondary School for his O’Level studies. It was during this period he adopted the name Gravity Omutujju and began crafting his rap career.
Career
At 17, during a school break, Gravity signed with Redemption Studios and launched his music career with the single “Joanita.”
He then joined the Born Fire collective under producer Didi in Makindye, collaborating with various artists and gaining recognition for his bold lyrics.
In 2011, he remade Paul Kafeero’s “Walumbe Zaya” which went on to mark a major breakthrough in his career.
