Born to Henry Etim Duke, Nigeria’s longest-serving Comptroller-General of Customs, and Genevieve Etim Duke, he was the fourth of five children.
His early schooling included Corona School and St. Mary’s in Lagos, followed by Federal Government College in Sokoto and Kwara, plus an A-Level at Federal School of Arts and Science in Lagos.
