Devon Windsor was born in St. Louis, Missouri, to parents Lisa Windsor and Charles Windsor on March 7, 1994. Alexandra is her younger sister.

Career
Suzy Gorman, a St. Louis fashion photographer, discovered Windsor when she was 14 years old. In 2008, she signed with West Model & Talent Management and began modeling for St. Louis publications and fashion shows.
Devon signed with IMG Models in New York after joining Vision Model Management in 2009 and 2010. She moved to Europe after finishing high school in 2012 to work with IMG Milan and IMG London.
